Making potions with flowers
After my residency at Camden Art Centre, where I developed a series of instructional online zines based on botanicals and magic, I had the chance to try this activity IRL whilst on residency in Villa Lena, Tuscany during the summer.
We talked about magic, witches and wishes and what a potion could be. We learnt how to sugar coat edible flowers and then made a special magical potion using fruit juices, cordials and petals. We finished each workshop drinking our potions :)
