I have over five years experience in planning and delivering participatory workshops, projects and resources within art organisations, galleries, schools, hospital wards and community groups, catering to a variety of backgrounds, ages, needs and abilities. Through my practice, I explore the physical and emotional body making objects and facilitating accessible participatory experiences as tools for grounding and reflection, aiming to connect with ourselves and with others in a supportive, non judgemental safe space. I am interested in mental health and wellbeing, in generating environments where people can reach a deeper level of understanding of their feelings and emotions, allowing time for play and exploration with a focus on the process of making and collective learning.

I have experience working with adults, children and families, adolescents struggling with their mental health and SEND young people.
